10 Essential Diversity and Inclusion Blogs
Diversity is a topic that I have at heart, as some of you might have noticed. All the variations on the topic: inclusion, belonging, equality and so on, are strongly linked to an important business case. Unfortunately, finding resources that are really specific and “new” on this issue is not easy to be found. Plus, the topic, even if evolving, still is crystallised on two positions: a US-based one (often associated to positive discrimination), and one based on a multifaceted point of view that is more present in Europe and Asia.
In any case, after my listings of Essential Blog resources on Organisation Design, HR General, Leadership, and Talent Acquisition, here the list of blogs that I recommend and that focus on Diversity and Inclusion. As usual, the order of the list is completely random.
June has been named “Pride Month” since a couple of years, and I’ve decided to use this occasion to examine what’s up with LGBTQ+ rights on the workplace. In a series of posts, I will try to explain my view and personal experience trying to see it from the different angles that I use in my blog.
I will also publish two book reviews on topics that are connected with Inclusion and Diversity. I’ve written more on the topic in the past. Two good places where to start are: The Business Case for Diversity and Belonging and From Diversity and Inclusion to Belonging.
Awaken Blog is the blog Awaken, a training company focused on Diversity and Inclusion led by Michelle Kim. She has been a social justice activist and community organizer serving on organizations like the San Francisco LGBTQ Speakers Bureau, UC LGBTIQ Association Steering Committee, San Francisco Human Rights Commission’s Advisory Committee, and LYRIC youth nonprofit’s Board of Directors. The mission of Awaken is to create compassionate space for uncomfortable conversations to develop inclusive leaders and teams, and a lot of the posts on the blog surely serve the topic.

Hi Sergio, Thanks for the great list. May I recommend https://diversity.social to your list? We blog about social impact, Diversity and Inclusion, and sustainability. It would be great if you can consider adding us to your list! Thanks!
I found the list very useful and especially love 'Diversity Digest'. I've come across that blog before but hadn't seen it for a while. Diversity is such an important subject and good to see the other blogs you mentioned. 'DiversityMine' also very good.
