10 Essential Future of Work Blogs
Future of Work or Work of the Future? I have already been challenging you on this topic. Yet the idea of understanding the challenges of the evolution of work (particularly in a moment where Covid19 has kind of mixed up all the cards), is vital for the HR profession (but not only). My interest is clear here, especially as I also look at how we can Reinvent Work as a profession. Finding well-curated content on the topic is, however, not easy behind the slogans.
In any case, after my listings of Essential Blog resources on Organisation Design, HR General, Leadership, Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion and Behavioural Science, here the list of blogs that I recommend and that focus on The Future of Work. As usual, the order of the list is completely random.
Signal V. Noise is the blog of the creators (and friends) of BaseCamp, among which Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson, authors of the book ReWork. Not a blog specific on the Future of Work, but a place where the Work of the Future is truly taking shape, and that has anticipated a lot of the discussions on the topic. Here there are many pieces of content that I find foundational in an innovative, experience-based approach to work. It also portrays a great podcast called Rework.
