10 Essential HR Technology Blogs
HR Technology, HCM, HRMS, HRIS… many different topics to focus on the world of Technology associated with HR, yet is not always easy to untangle yourself from the plethora of providers just trying to sell their latest shiny tools. Understanding the direction of HR technology, as well as the value of each solution is therefore critical. That’s why I also tend to look for reliable sources of information that go beyond the simple providers.
So, following my other “Essentials” list on Organisation Design, HR General Blogs, Leadership Blogs, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Behavioural Science, Future of Work and Employee Experience, here the list of blogs that I recommend and that focus on HR Technology
As usual, the order of the list is completely random.
Trish McFarlane is the principal analyst at H3 HR Advisory, and together with Steve Boeses is the host of the podcast “The HR Happy Hour“. Although her blogs focus on many different HR topics, I found her attention on the technology side to be the most interesting part.
Some Notable Articles:
Digital HR Tech is an extremely rich resource for posts and articles on everything related to Digital in HR. It features a great deal of articles on Employee Experience and HR Analytics, however I chose to add it to this listing because I particularly appreciated its post focused on HR Technology, and especially on Artificial Intelligence.
