10 Essential People Analytics Blogs
People Analytics is one of the most important topics in the development of HR through the Digital Age. The capability to extract sense from big data, and be able to anticipate future needs and predict outcomes, has been a long-time sought holy graal.
So, following my other “Essentials” list on Organisation Design, HR General Blogs, Leadership Blogs, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Behavioural Science, Future of Work, Employee Experience and HR Technology here the list of blogs that I recommend and that focus on People Analytics.

myHRfuture is an online platform that provides learning content for HR professionals in the form of an HR Academy. Its blog contains a great amount of highly curated content, touching topics such as HR technology, Employee Experience and so on. It is particularly relevant for HR Analytics, because one of its founders is David Green, and he typically writes his great wrap-up posts on HR Analytics resources here.

Clarity Magazine is the online blog of Visier, a company specialised in HR Analytics. It delivers a lot of constantly updated content on a broad range of topics related to People Analytics, including Workforce Planning and Diversity and Inclusion.

The Analytics blog of AIHR is a great resource of dedicated content specific to People Analytcis. It often sists on the educational side, thus there are a lot of guides useful also for non-experts.
