Netflix Culture Deck

The Netflix Culture Deck

The Netflix Culture Deck became quickly famous back in 2009 when it was released in the public, outlining the revolutionary culture of Netflix. There are multiple versions circulating on the web, here I list the two versions provided by Reed Hastings on Slideshare.
It outlines the key principles of Netflix’s Culture based on “Freedom and Responsibility”, as outlined by Hastings also in his latest book, co-written with Erin Meyer: No Rules Rules.

The deck exists in two versions online, plus an updated short context on Netflix recruiting website.
