Event: Building the Intentional Organisation
The Intentional Organisation. A trip between Consistency and Innovation is the title of the webinar that I held on June 29th, as part of a series of events hosted by People Revolution, a movement that aims at creating a new understanding of organisations and work. The community is open, and you can join directly online. The event was organised by PeopleRise and moderated by Antonio di Stefano.
In this webinar, I presented a consolidated version of the Organisation Evolution Framework, with a focus on the concept of Intentional Design already approached on this blog. I held a similar presentation in English during the month of July,
