My Curated Content Collections [Now Live]

I’ve decided to make available what I read across the week, not only through social sharing (usually available on both Twitter and LinkedIn) but also by creating a number of Links collection on Refind. I like the service as it is a great tool to discover quality content (they recommendation are right in 80% of cases), plus I have since started to use it as a service to store the links I find more interesting.

These are now available for your consultation through the blog, or directly available on Refind itself.

I have created five collections so far:

• Curated News on Organisation Design | Access on Refind
  This is a collection of articles on Organisation Design, Innovation, Governance and any topic relevant to organisation performance.
• Curated News on Work as Personal Realisation | Access on Refind
  This is a collection derived on the Discourse of Work as Job, thus focused on efficiency, bureaucracy, traditional productivity.
• Curated News on Work as Job | Access on Refind
  This is a collection focused on the early signs of the New Discourse of Work that is forming, thus focused on personal realisation, the whole performance, autonomy.
• Curated News on Diversity and Inclusion | Access on Refind
  An important topic for me, here a collection of posts on the topic of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.
• Curated News on Leadership | Access on Refind
  Also, a fascinating topic, intended here in its ample sense.

You will still find my top suggestions for the week, with a short commentary, as part of my weekly newsletter. These collections get, however, updated daily, based on my reading patterns.
