Diversity goes beyond purely gender in companies, and should tackle other areas such as GLBT integration.
In this article, appeared in February 2013, I challenge the narrow focus sometime given to the topic of Diversity on Gender, and suggest that other dimensions should be looked, such as Sexual Orientation.
