Why do we keep focusing only on the “HiPos”, and forget the rest of the organization?
In this article, that appeared on Hamlet in September 2010, I challenged the idea of “Talent Management” as a way to create “discrimination” in the organizations, focusing only on High Potentials and “forgetting” the rest of the “normals” in the organization.
