To manage the inflow of a new Generation at work, it is not sufficient to solely rely on a new recruiting strategy. We need a new understanding of what Millennials want at work.
In this article, published in February 2015 on Kapitale Umano, I analyzed the different gaps that underline what we often refer as generation gap. Based on the expectations of the so called “Millennials”, we can identify different gaps in between what companies expect and what the younger generation wants.
