If we are always on at work (and outside), what is really our Productivity?

In this article, appeared on Kapitale Umano in May 2014, I discuss the focus too often given on quantity vs. quality of work, and the tension that exists. Too much of recent productivity gains have not created new jobs, which means that people are working more. Is this sustainable?
