Companies that see Talent has solely an internal, employee-only factor, are missing the entire concept of where Talent actually happens.
In this article, published in October 2014 on Kapitale Umano, I deal with the fading concept of “Talent”. It is a fact that any talent management strategy today cannot avoid confronting itself with the variable shape that talent networks have for today’s organizations.
