Organization Model is the way work is organized in terms of division of tasks, roles and responsibilities, communication lines, decision making powers, coordination and supervision mechanisms.
Within the Organization Evolution Framework It is defined as Work that is done across the Operating Model to ensure the Strategic targets are achieved.
