Definition
Performance Management is the process by which organizational goals are assigned to individuals (either in an imposed or through a collaborative approach), that are then held accountable for their achievements. It also indicates the communication and feedback process that during a period of time (normally a year) connects supervisors and employees or team members in the achievement of those goals.
