Definition
Self-Management can be defined as the management of or by oneself, or the taking of responsibility for one's own behaviour and well-being. In organizational terms we refer to Self-Management to all approaches and models that refuse the concept of hierarchical, top-down control of work activity, and propose autonomy in decision making and execution.
