How to Use
- Morning: Open this page, review the Tasks database filtered by Today + Overdue
- During work: Tasks are added automatically by Cowork and Projects via Notion MCP
- End of day: Mark completed, note any outputs that need routing
- On mobile: Add tasks directly to the database or via Claude app
Quick Filters to Set Up
Create these saved views in the Tasks database:
- Today — Due = Today, Status ≠ Done, sorted by Priority
- Overdue — Due < Today, Status ≠ Done, sorted by Due ascending
- This Week — Due within next 7 days, Status ≠ Done
- By Project — Board view grouped by Project
- By Source — Board view grouped by Source
- All Open — Status ≠ Done, sorted by Due then Priority
