Every day we make 20.000 decisions. Most of them with lightning speed; brain research proves that. Only a few of them are however what we can define “rational” and well reasoned. Behavioural Economy has been studying this part for a lot of time. In this TEDx Talk, Benedikt Ahlfeld reveals which three decision traps you should certainly avoid by using the findings of brain research. Decision-Making is therefore not just a simple managerial task, but a capability to be developed, lounging away from bias.
