Description

The Amazon Model is based on its original famous 14 principles (see image attached), which allow it to achieve Leadership in the domain it works. Later on two additional principles where added: 15) Strive to be Earth’s Best Employer and 16) Success and Scale Bring Broad Responsibility.

These are famously used in the interviewing process at Amazon.
