Description:

The concept of Connectional Leadership has been developed in the framework of various Christian communities in the US. This version of the model is interesting as it illustrates the connection between Instrumental Leadership (a style that sees others as instruments to achieve a goal), Individualized Leadership and Relational leadership. These clusters nine total leadership expressions, which even if not practiced by everyone, need to drive awareness especially when leading a community.
