Description:

Ormit is a Belgian Talent Development company, focused on young talents.

They have defined a Leadership Model focused on 5 pillars, defined as “5 distinct aspects that are essential for a leader to really make the difference.”

First of all, a leader is able to connect on various levels. With themselves, with other individuals, with groups, with organizations.

A leader also knows what matters.

Management of processes is about being able to get things done. A good leader is able to implement a project successfully. They do this by organizing their work effectively and efficiently.

Being able to translate external developments to the own organization is crucial. Think and act outside-in is all about making sure you stay connected with what is happening. Keeping an eye on market trends and recent technical developments.

Personal leadership. As you can see, we have put it at the centre of our model. We consider it to be the glue linking the 4 other elements.
