Definition
Purpose can be defined as the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists. It is a term that gained a lot of focus in organizational literature in the past years.
As part of the Organisation Evolution Framework my working definition of Purpose is: Driving Force, fuel, bond that pulls the organisation together to pursue meaningful interactions with the outside world.
