“Change Management” has often become the best way to outsource one of the key competencies each manager should have: delivering change.

In this article, published for Kapitale Umano in June 2013, I deal with the concept of Change and the fact that in many organizations the discipline of Change Management has become an excuse for managers to not deal with change pressure and annoyances.
