Two updates required: (1) align website Purpose statement with new CV/position paper Purpose: 'My purpose is to translate strategy into organisations in which human work creates lasting value.' Currently reads: 'My purpose is to build organizations that enable people to thrive and create lasting impact.' (2) add a short version of the Operating Model Guardian / four-dimensions position paper as a personal-brand artefact alongside the CV.
