Definition
Behaviors in organizations represent the way individuals acts or conduct themselves, especially towards others. In an organizational context, we can also look at “teams” and “organizational” behaviors to point at repeated patterns that group of individuals put in place. Often behaviours are the observable result of skills and values that people possess.
