Definition
Leadership can be defined as a) the action of leading a group of people or an organization or b) the state or position of being a leader. In an organizational set-up it is probably the most analyzed concept.
Within the Organization Evolution Framework my working definition of Leadership is approach that constantly evolves all the organisation building blocks, driving strategy execution through the people.
