Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Recruiting… there are different names to indicate one of the key activities that HR manages: the inflow of talent in the organisation. With this post, I’m following up on the series of Inspiration Sources that I follow on the various topics that interest me most. Many of the posts focus on sourcing for technical talent roles, providing a great resource for those Talent Acquisition experts who are tackling specific talents for the first time.
